But one thing you may not know about us is we’re one of the very few electronics stores who still maintains a dedicated Master Service Center on site. Unlike the big box retailers, we don’t send your television or stereo equipment out of state for repair. We employ expert technicians under our own roof that you can actually see and talk to. They undergo extensive and continuous training, and are factory authorized to service what we sell – whether here in our service center, or in your home.

Suess Electronics is factory certified to repair televisions by LG, Sony, Samsung, Sharp and Panasonic.

And unlike other repair centers who merely order and replace whole boards or parts, we specialize in component-level repair. We fix what others would simply throw away. We can repair the small components that may make a larger part faulty, often resulting in smaller repair costs.  

Effective Warranty System

Suess Electronics system installation is guaranteed for one year from the substantial completion date of your installation. This installation warranty covers the connection of any components purchased from, and installed by Suess Electronics. Each piece of equipment is covered according to the manufacturer’s warranty.
